Sun Buys MySQL for $1 Billion

“I hope this is good for the open source community!”
Sun Microsystems which ic currently endorsing PostgreSQL is about to buy MySQL AB for 1 billion dollars: $800 million in cash for MySQL’s privately held stock and another $200 million in options.
If that so, it is like Microsoft buying Linux… I hope that this will turn good for MySQL and MySQL users.

Actually it is not a project but it is my first website exercise using CSS/PHP/MYSQL. using notepadd++. It is actually done for 2 1/2 hours. pure coding. I am a newbie in PHP and want to learn more about it. Here’s the link
